Information we may receive
Depending on the service, we may receive contact information, organization details, resumes, cover letters, job-target information, application context, and other materials intentionally submitted for service delivery.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, provide contracted services, generate and review career documents, operate quality and security controls, support customers, and maintain necessary service records.
Career-document processing
Career materials may be processed by technology providers used to deliver the service. Lifinity Labs applies verification and release controls intended to prevent unsupported factual claims and to hold documents when required checks or institutional review are incomplete.
Retention and deletion
Files are retained only as needed for service delivery, support, operational integrity, legal obligations, or institution-specific requirements. Institutional partners may request agreed retention or deletion rules as part of their engagement.
Sharing
We do not sell applicant or institutional data. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, document processing, communications, security, or other necessary operations, subject to applicable contractual and technical controls.
Security
We use access controls, release gates, audit records, service monitoring, and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to contractual, legal, and operational requirements.
Institutional requirements
Organizations with specific privacy, retention, student-record, procurement, or security requirements should identify them during pilot scoping so they can be addressed in the applicable agreement.
