Services

Lifinity Labs provides technology-enabled career-document and career-readiness services, including resume and cover-letter processing, quality controls, review workflows, and related institutional support as described in the applicable scope.

Client responsibilities

Clients and participants are responsible for providing accurate source information and for reviewing documents before use. Submitted materials must not knowingly contain unlawful content or information the submitter is not authorized to provide.

No fabrication

Lifinity Labs does not intend to fabricate credentials, employment history, education, or other material facts. The service includes controls designed to identify unsupported claims and may request clarification or hold delivery when verification cannot be completed.

No employment guarantee

Resume optimization can improve clarity, structure, and application readiness, but Lifinity Labs does not guarantee interviews, admissions, employment, compensation, or other hiring outcomes.

Pilots and commercial scope

Pilot volume, turnaround expectations, review requirements, delivery method, pricing, invoicing, and any institution-specific terms are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.

Confidentiality and data

Each party should protect confidential information it receives in connection with an engagement. Data handling is also governed by the Lifinity Labs Privacy notice and any institution-specific written requirements.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used to create fraudulent materials, misrepresent qualifications, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service but may suspend or delay processing when needed for security, maintenance, verification, source clarification, or operational integrity. Material service commitments for an institution should be stated in its written engagement terms.

Changes

These general website terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material contractual commitments for an active institutional engagement are governed by the applicable signed agreement.
